Note: When you search for a name, it finds the name if it is there but when it finds it then you click on it, nothing happens. This is an error I like to fix but for now since when I click on the name in the table it works I really do not have the time to perfect the performance here. Another issue this design is not bullet proof. ie if I fill a report, I cannot come back and fix it or display it to add to it. I do not have this functunality in there - the way it is designed it was done to quickly straight forward enter a report and print in. No intention of entering the report over time. To perfect I would have to change the design which really is not worth it for swimming. But if one uses these pages as intended they do a perfect job.

The table lists all reports. If you click on the one you want and scroll up it will actually change the report to that student. However, you do not feel that when you clicked anything happened.
To print: We go to Safari Browser. Come click on top of the first word here, right click, then print from 1 to 1, then yo click save as PDF and rename the file with child name, swim report, year and term. This whole space is here so that we can avoid printing the second page and/or header - footer. If there is a selection to print those, you always select No - no header and no footer.
