To make a pdf for each report you will come here to this point and right click on top of the word user, then select print page. In the print selection , select pages from 1 to 4 then You will see pdf in the left corner of the print window, select that, then select save as pdf for each child, add to the saved name, either mid-year or end year (so you save only the 4 pages and not 5, the 5th is the header-age and this comment. Then the pdf needs to be attached to each student in the parent database.
Aida Best Count: in the dashboard, from the top of the comment page. Count 60 lines. then break teacher comment with 10 spaces. This is the right amount of lines for page 3 and page 4. First time we may have to adjust the 3 of 4 comment but this should divide the page correctly.
