🌿 Join the Bright Schools Montessori Team

Bright Schools Montessori International is always looking for passionate educators to join our dedicated team. Our classrooms are rooted in authentic Montessori practice, where respect for the child, prepared environments, and purposeful teaching are at the heart of everything we do.

We value educators who are:

• Committed to continued learning and professional growth

• Collaborative team members who thrive in a supportive environment

• Flexible, patient, and respectful toward children, families, and colleagues

• Passionate about guiding independence rather than directing memorization

• Open to learning and developing within a Montessori environment

Working at Bright is rewarding and deeply purposeful. It requires preparation, patience, consistency, initiative, and a genuine love for helping children develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our teachers are active participants in school life and should be comfortable supporting outdoor learning, movement, practical life activities, nature-based experiences, and the dynamic day-to-day environment of an early childhood setting.

For applicants seeking teaching positions, Montessori certification is considered an important part of the professional pathway within Bright Schools. While prior Montessori certification is not always required, successful candidates should be prepared to learn Montessori principles and pursue certification as part of their long-term professional development.

🌼 Applications are currently open to candidates already residing in Riyadh.

If you believe in the Montessori philosophy and are ready to grow with us, we invite you to submit your application below. Our team will review your profile and contact you should your qualifications, experience, and values align with our current needs.

Transportation & Commute (Required) Section:

Reliable transportation to and from work is the responsibility of the employee.

Before submitting your application, please carefully consider how you would travel to and from Bright Schools on a daily basis.

Both Bright Schools branches are located within residential compounds where access restrictions apply. Ride-hailing and taxi services, including Uber, are not permitted to enter the compounds. Employees using these services would therefore be required to walk from the compound entrance to the school, which is not practical for daily commuting.

In addition, based on the school's experience, ride-hailing services have not consistently provided the level of reliability required for employees who must arrive punctually each scheduled workday. Last-minute cancellations, delays, or limited driver availability may affect an employee's ability to arrive on time.

For this reason, Bright Schools strongly recommends that employees establish a reliable long-term transportation arrangement before accepting employment. This may include driving themselves, being driven by a family member, or arranging transportation with a private driver.

Please answer the following:

1. What area of Riyadh do you currently live in?

2. Have you considered how you would commute to and from work on a daily basis?

• If yes, please briefly describe your transportation plan (personal vehicle, family transportation, driver, ride-sharing services, etc.).

Employment & Salary Information

To help us better understand your professional background and expectations, please complete the following:

• Are you currently employed?

If yes:

• Current Employer

• Current Position

• Current Monthly Salary (please indicate currency)

If no:

• Most Recent Employer

• Most Recent Position Held

• Most Recent Monthly Salary (please indicate currency)

Salary Expectations

If offered a suitable position at Bright Schools, what monthly salary would you realistically require in order to accept the position?

Please provide a single figure in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

Please note that Bright Schools does not operate on a single salary scale for all applicants applying to the same position.

Each application is evaluated individually based on qualifications, Montessori certifications, experience, references, professional background, and the responsibilities of the role being considered.

For this reason, we ask for both previous compensation and salary expectations to help us understand whether our expectations are generally aligned. Final salary offers are determined following a full review of the application and may vary significantly between candidates based on experience, qualifications, and the level at which they join the organization.

Candidates without Montessori certification may still be considered for employment; however, successful applicants should expect to participate in Montessori training and pursue certification as part of their ongoing professional development.
