Upon each drop-off, I confirm that neither I nor anyone in my family has any flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat, dry cough, or any known contagious illness. Bright will deny access to any child who appears to be sick.
I confirm that neither I nor anyone in my household has been in close contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with, or presumed to have COVID-19, or who has exhibited flu-like symptoms as described above, within the last 14 days.
I understand that although proper sanitization measures are in place at Bright, there is always risk of contracting a contagious illness in public places and Bright will not be held responsible for any such contractions.
We are in a pandemic and COVID-19 can come into our schools from our student family homes. It is a community effort to prevent any spread. Measures such as masks, social distancing & avoiding crowds should be taken by Bright staff members just as much as by Bright families. This should be a two way understanding.
